Vehicle Identification Number

Generate and assign a unique Vehicle Identification Number to every vehicle at the start of production, and carry it through each assembly step on the line. Every component fitted, every operation completed and every quality check performed is recorded against that number, giving a complete vehicle history for warranty analysis, audits and recalls.

KANBAN

Support pull-based material replenishment, where line-side bins and supermarkets signal automatically when parts are running low. Replenishment requests are raised at the right time and in the right quantity, so the assembly line is never starved of components while excess inventory, handling effort and storage space are kept to a minimum.

Emission Norms and Torque

Collect and verify emission norm readings and torque tightening values at each station during vehicle assembly. Measured values are compared automatically against the defined limits, out-of-tolerance results are flagged immediately, and a complete record is stored for every vehicle to demonstrate compliance during customer and statutory audits.

Auto Assembly

Guide operators through the assembly of each vehicle variant with the correct operations, components and work instructions displayed at every station. The solution handles the wide range of models, colours and options built on a single line, reduces assembly errors and ensures that the right parts are fitted to the right vehicle every time.

Just In Time and Just In Sequence

Deliver components to the line exactly when they are needed and in the exact order in which vehicles are built. Supplier deliveries and internal material movements are synchronised with the production sequence, which lowers inventory levels, avoids line stoppages caused by missing parts and keeps the assembly flow smooth and predictable.

Parts Interchangeability

Manage alternate and interchangeable components so that an approved substitute part can be used when the original is not available. Substitution rules are checked before a part is consumed, and every replacement is recorded against the vehicle, which keeps production moving without compromising quality, safety or full traceability.
